These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Glasslon.com and your purchase or use of products offered by Glasslon. Glasslon is operated by E-Z UP SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE LLC LLC (“Glasslon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using a Glasslon product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. By purchasing from Glasslon, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or connected systems.
Interfere with website security or functionality.
Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract website content without permission.
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
Use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product colors, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing updates, materials, lighting, screen settings, or normal production tolerances.
Images are provided for illustration. We reserve the right to improve or modify product designs without notice, provided the change does not materially reduce the product’s intended function.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, availability, and product specifications may change without notice.
We attempt to avoid pricing and description errors, but errors may occur. If an order contains an incorrect price, unavailable product, or material description error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel orders for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.
Payment is due when an order is submitted. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe. Your use of a payment method is also subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total displayed at checkout, including products, shipping, taxes, and other clearly disclosed charges.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is processed for fulfillment or shipped.
Applicable sales, use, and similar taxes will be calculated based on the information available at checkout, including the shipping destination and products purchased.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information. If we are not legally required to collect a particular tax, you remain responsible for any tax obligations imposed directly on you by applicable law.
Glasslon currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier interruptions, supply issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Risk of loss generally passes to the customer upon delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Glasslon accepts return requests only when:
Glasslon shipped a product different from the product shown on the customer’s order confirmation; or
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The customer must contact Glasslon within 15 calendar days after delivery. Requests submitted after the 15-day period may not be accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To request a return, contact us through the Glasslon Contact page and provide:
The order number.
A description of the incorrect item or suspected defect.
Photographs or video reasonably showing the product and the issue.
Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
All returns require authorization from Glasslon before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
If a return is approved, Glasslon will provide return instructions. Depending on the circumstances, Glasslon may replace the product, repair it, or issue a refund to the original payment method. Glasslon will be responsible for reasonable return-shipping costs for an approved return involving an incorrectly shipped product or verified manufacturing defect.
This policy does not cover returns resulting from:
A customer ordering the wrong product, size, style, quantity, or color.
A change of mind or no longer needing the product.
Improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, or overloading.
Normal wear, cosmetic variation, or damage occurring after delivery.
Failure to follow the product’s instructions, warnings, or intended use.
Products should not be installed or used after an apparent defect or fulfillment error is discovered. Glasslon may deny a return if continued use causes additional damage or prevents reasonable evaluation of the original issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or shipment begins.
If we approve a cancellation, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Glasslon products must be installed and used according to the instructions, specifications, weight ratings, warnings, and intended purposes provided with the product or on our website.
Before installation or use:
Confirm that the mounting surface and hardware are appropriate for the intended load.
Follow all installation instructions.
Do not exceed stated weight or load limits.
Inspect the product, mounting point, and surrounding area for damage or weakness.
Keep products away from electrical wiring, plumbing, and other hidden hazards during installation.
Periodically inspect installed products and discontinue use if any component becomes loose, damaged, or worn.
Do not use a Glasslon product for climbing, personal support, fall protection, life-safety applications, or any purpose for which it was not expressly designed.
Improper installation, unsuitable mounting materials, overloading, modification, or misuse may result in product failure, property damage, or personal injury.
Any express written warranty supplied with a Glasslon product is incorporated into these Terms. Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only as described in the applicable written warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website services not covered by an express written warranty are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent those warranties may legally be disclaimed.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glasslon and E-Z UP SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE LLC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of use arising from the website, an order, or a product.
Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for certain personal injuries, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.
The Glasslon name, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, website layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Glasslon and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content or products except as expressly permitted in writing or allowed by law.
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful.
You grant Glasslon a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted content for operating and promoting Glasslon, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Our website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, tax services, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, website, or legal obligations. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Minnesota, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any written product warranty, and any additional terms presented during checkout constitute the agreement between you and Glasslon concerning the website and your purchase.
