Glasslon is operated by E-Z UP SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE LLC LLC (“Glasslon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit Glasslon.com, purchase products, create an account, contact us, or otherwise interact with our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Glasslon, we may collect:

  • Contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Account information, including login credentials and saved preferences.
  • Order information, including products purchased, order totals, shipping method, transaction status, returns, and customer-service history.
  • Payment-related information. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
  • Communications submitted through forms, email, product reviews, or customer-support channels.
  • Marketing preferences, including subscription and opt-out choices.
  • Technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, and website interactions.
  • Cookie and similar technology information used for cart operation, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and enabled marketing.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Process, fulfill, ship, and manage orders; calculate shipping and taxes; and process payments, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
  • Create and manage accounts, provide customer service, and respond to inquiries.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping notices, security alerts, and other transactional communications.
  • Send promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
  • Operate, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve our website and products.
  • Analyze website performance, understand customer interests, prevent fraud, and protect transactions.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. Payments

Glasslon uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Payment information submitted at checkout is provided directly to the processor and is governed by that provider’s privacy and security practices. We may receive limited transaction details, such as payment status, card type, expiration date, billing information, and the last four digits of the card. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on our systems.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Website hosting, e-commerce, technical-service, payment-processing, shipping, fulfillment, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention providers.
  • Analytics, advertising, marketing, email, and customer-communication providers where those services are enabled.
  • Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, transactions, or users.
  • A buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business.

Service providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Glasslon and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the cart and checkout functioning, remember sessions and preferences, measure traffic, maintain security, and evaluate marketing. You can manage cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, or other functions from working. Where required, we will request consent for nonessential cookies or provide opt-out controls.

6. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to marketing emails, we may send product, promotion, and company information. You may unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by contacting info@glasslon.com. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop transactional communications related to orders, accounts, security, or customer service.

7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Glasslon does not knowingly sell personal information for monetary compensation. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state laws. Where applicable, you may opt out by using our Contact page or emailing info@glasslon.com.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for customer relationships, order fulfillment, returns, warranties, customer service, tax and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and your consent or marketing preferences. Certain records may be retained after account closure when required or permitted by law.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, electronic transmission, payment system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to access, confirm, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; withdraw consent; appeal a privacy-request decision; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Exceptions may apply, and we may need to verify your identity. Submit requests through the Contact page or to info@glasslon.com. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to proof of authorization and identity verification.

11. California Privacy Notice

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Glasslon, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service when exercising rights. The categories collected and purposes of use and disclosure are described above. Glasslon does not knowingly sell personal information for monetary compensation.

12. Children’s Privacy

Glasslon is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact info@glasslon.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Glasslon does not control their privacy, security, content, or business practices. Review each third party’s privacy policy before providing personal information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in operations, technology, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy and update the Last Updated date. Material changes may be communicated through additional notices when appropriate.
