These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of Glasslon.com and the purchase or use of Glasslon products. Glasslon is operated by E-Z UP SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE LLC LLC (“Glasslon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using a Glasslon product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase or use our products.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not:
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary because of manufacturing updates, materials, lighting, screens, or normal production tolerances. Images are illustrative. We may improve or modify designs without notice if the change does not materially reduce intended function.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Promotions, availability, and specifications may also change. We may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund an affected order if there is a pricing, availability, or description error. An order is not guaranteed accepted. We may limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel orders for availability, suspected fraud, errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.
Payment is due when an order is submitted and may be processed by third parties, including Stripe. You authorize us and our processor to charge the total displayed at checkout, including products, shipping, taxes, and disclosed charges. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; final acceptance generally occurs when the order is processed for fulfillment or shipped.
Applicable sales, use, and similar taxes are calculated from available checkout information. You are responsible for complete and accurate billing and shipping information and for tax obligations imposed directly on you when we are not legally required to collect them.
Glasslon ships to eligible U.S. addresses. Methods and charges appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may result from weather, carrier interruptions, supply issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful attempt may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide required notice and cancellation or refund rights. Risk of loss generally passes upon delivery unless law requires otherwise.
Glasslon’s Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In general, return requests must be made within 15 calendar days after delivery and are limited to an incorrect product shipped by Glasslon or a verified manufacturing defect. Contact info@glasslon.com promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or shipment begins. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing time.
Before installation or use:
Do not use a Glasslon product for climbing, personal support, fall protection, life-safety applications, or another purpose for which it was not designed. Improper installation, unsuitable materials, overloading, modification, or misuse may cause product failure, property damage, or personal injury.
Any express written warranty supplied with a product is incorporated into these Terms. Coverage applies only as described in that warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website services not covered by an express warranty are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent legally permitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glasslon and E-Z UP SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE LLC LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, business interruption, or loss of use arising from the website, an order, or a product. Total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where law requires otherwise. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including certain personal injury, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.
The Glasslon name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, website layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Glasslon and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except as expressly permitted.
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you may provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Glasslon a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting Glasslon, subject to privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content.
The website may rely on or link to payment processors, carriers, tax services, analytics providers, social platforms, or other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their separate terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.

Claims arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, use, condition, performance, return, warranty, or alleged defect of a Glasslon product are subject to the mandatory binding arbitration and waiver provisions in the Return and Refund Policy, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Those provisions are incorporated into these Terms. Review them before purchasing or using a product.
These Terms are governed by Minnesota law and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A dispute not subject to enforceable arbitration may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Minnesota, unless applicable consumer law permits the claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms for changes in our business, products, website, or legal obligations. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective and the provision will be modified only as necessary to make it enforceable. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, written product warranties, and additional checkout terms constitute the agreement concerning the website and purchase.
